The Rochelle - Complex Renovation

This apartment complex remodel was a large-scale renovation involving 20 individual units, completed with a focus on consistency, durability, and efficient execution. The project began with detailed planning and full interior demolition of each unit, allowing us to address outdated layouts, finishes, and building systems while preparing the space for a modern upgrade.

Once demolition was complete, our team moved into core construction across all units. This included framing adjustments, electrical and plumbing upgrades, HVAC coordination, insulation, and drywall installation. Each phase was carefully scheduled to maintain momentum across multiple units at once, ensuring quality control while minimizing overall project timelines.

The final phase focused on finishing and detailing every unit to a uniform, move-in-ready standard. Flooring, painting, lighting, doors, trim, fixtures, and final punch-list items were completed to deliver clean, modern living spaces built for long-term use.
