Forbes Blvd - Commercial Office Renovation

This commercial office remodel involved a complete demolition followed by a full renovation of the 5th floor. We rebuilt the space with a modern layout, updated infrastructure, and durable finishes designed for daily operations. The result is a clean, efficient office environment ready for immediate use.

We began with a complete site walkthrough, measurements, and planning to align the design, timeline, and code requirements. From there, we moved into full demolition—removing existing finishes, outdated fixtures, and any non-functional walls or built-ins to open the space and prep for the new layout.

Next came the core construction work:

  • Framing and layout changes to match the new floor plan (walls, openings, and any structural adjustments as needed)

  • Electrical rough-in for updated lighting, outlets, dedicated circuits, and equipment needs

  • Plumbing rough-in for restrooms, sinks, and any specialty lines required

  • HVAC updates to improve airflow, comfort, and efficiency

  • Permits, inspections, and code compliance managed throughout each phase

After rough-ins, we closed everything up with insulation and drywall, followed by tape/mud, priming, and paintingfor a clean, professional finish.

Then we moved into finishes and install:

  • Flooring installation built for commercial traffic

  • Ceiling work (grid, drywall, or upgrades depending on the space)

  • Doors, trim, hardware, and millwork

  • Restroom buildouts and fixture installs

  • Lighting, switches, and final electrical trim-out


Finally, we completed final cleanup, and a walkthrough to ensure the space was move-in ready—delivering a fully remodeled commercial environment designed to look modern, operate efficiently, and stand up to daily use.
